I recently went to a commercial shop for a quick fix and was massively overcharged and inconvenienced and realized I can’t take this shop for granted again. I’ve brought my car here a couple times – separate issues – and I’ve always left feeling confident in the work that was done and the issue fixed, safe in my car and relieved that it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. Billy seems like a genuine person who doesn’t want to charge people tons of money for quality work. It may be a bit out of the way for me, as I’m in Dallas, but I’m gonna stick with this shop, it’s worth it! – ALSO I really appreciate that I’m not spoken to like I’m an idiot just because I’m a woman when I come here, I receive respect and clear communication and that is very important to me!!
